Aileen began her career with ANZ in 2007 as a Personal Banker and was recognised in the CEO Recognition Program in 2009 as one of the top 100 bankers globally. She then moved into small business banking and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2011. In 2012, Aileen joined Westpac, continuing to deliver strong outcomes for both personal and business clients. During her time with Westpac she continued to outperform targets by offering an extremely high level of customer service. Her career later expanded into the automotive sector, where she worked as a Business Manager at Mercedes-Benz. For the past four years, Aileen has been with Strategic Brokers, bringing her extensive banking and finance experience to deliver exceptional service and tailored lending solutions for her clients.
